Welcome Teams to the 2010 16U Girls National Club Championships!

I hope at this point all of you have been successful in navigating our website, able to start your reservations with the hotel, and will continue to check for updates on this site as we get closer to the tournament date.
Under Information on the website is the notice of the Technical meeting to take place at the Hotel 8 on the Thursday May 20th at 10pm.
The Hotel 8 is under transition to another name, so if you see a change do not be alarmed, they have assured us our reservations will roll over into the new name.

Some requests I would like to make of all teams:
Send me a team photo along with the correct team name, logo, athletes names and their cap numbers for our program
Opening Ceremonies: Teams to wear team uniform of their choosing (robes, t-shirts and shorts) what ever you choose to look like a team. Team banners would be great.

We will have a professional photographer throughout the duration of the tournament set up with pictures to purchase. If you would like a team photo done with your banners, just let us know and I can have this arranged. You can certainly decide when you get here and speak to them then.

We are finalizing a Tournament t-shirt and will have this up on the website soon. If a team wishes to pre-order for the team we can have a box ready for those teams when they arrive. They will have t-shirts on site as well.
Finally, those teams wishing game sheets are encouraged to bring a USB stick to make it quick, easy and eco friendly for our computer director to give you your teams games quickly and easily.

Water Bottles: We would prefer that the girls all bring their own reusable bottles (stainless steel etc.) to cut down on the plastic recycling. The food room is strictly for the minor officials and coaches.
